Her Word Against Theirs is a quest in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition that is a part of the Ghosts of the Tribunal Creation Club content. The leader of the Tribunal Temple, Matriarch Drevlan, tasks the Dragonborn with reclaiming the lost artifacts of the Tribunal.

Background[]
I've discovered a temple near Raven Rock where worshipers of Almalexia gather. The Matriarch wishes to spread the word of the Tribunal using propaganda. It seems Drureth, a temple priest, has the letter in question.
Objectives[]
- Pick up the letter from Priest Drureth
- Deliver the propaganda letter to the translator
- Wait for 2 hours for the letter to be translated
- Retrieve the translated letters
- Complete one:
- Distribute the letters (x4) or
- Give the letters to the Reclamation Priest
Walkthrough[]
The Daedric Code[]
Speak with Priest Drureth in Ashfall's Tear, who will provide a transcribed Propaganda Letter which will need to be translated from the original Daedric text before it can be distributed to the public.
Spreading the Word[]
Travel to Raven Rock with the untranslated letter and speak with Aphia Velothi. She is a former Temple priestess and will agree to secretly translate the text of the letter. If Aphia Velothi has not yet been encountered, she can be found just inside the entrance to Raven Rock Mine. Otherwise, she can be found roaming the market area during the day. It will take her two hours to translate the document.
After receiving the translated letters from her, there are two options to progress the quest:
- Distribute four copies of the translated Propaganda Letter to the general public. Individuals who will agree to take one include: Cindiri Arano, Glover Mallory, Milore Ienth, Fethis Alor, Crescius Caerellius, Geldis Sadri, Niyya, Drovas Relvi, Talvas Fathryon, Revus Sarvani, Bujold the Unworthy, Kuvar, Hilund, Elmus and Halbarn Iron-Fur. These individuals must be persuaded, intimidated or bribed to read the letter or to show the letter to their patrons.
- Give the copies of the translated Propaganda Letter to the Reclamation Priest in the Temple. He will reward the Dragonborn with a leveled amount of gold.
Reward[]
The outcome of this quest depends on whether the Propaganda Letters are distributed to the public or the New Temple.
If the letters are distributed to the public, Ashfall's Tear will contain several new occupants and vendors. Additionally, all previously empty areas of the temple will have been renovated and refurnished.
If the letters are distributed to the Reclamation Priest, the interior of Ashfall's Tear will not change. Instead, the Reclamation Priest will shortly appear outside of Ashfall's Tear with three Redoran Guards. They will proceed to attempt on attack on the Temple and its members inside. The Dragonborn can assist them if they choose.

Trivia[]
- The Reclamation Priest will show up at Ashfall's Tear upon return either right after handing him the translated propaganda letters or after heading to Stony Creek Cave to either kill or rescue Curate Melita. If returning after the "Careless Curation" quest, the Reclamation Priest may be found dead in the passage between the Alchemy lab and the Blacksmith chamber. If he is killed the Priest Robes can be looted from his corpse.
