“Photo’s taken January 2017, also fall 2015. This building was built by myself and my wife in 2015, we hired one man for 8 hours to help with the roof as it was getting ready to rain and we didn’t want any water damage to the insulation. We used my forklift and rented a mobile lift. I made all the weldments for the foundation, using grade # 5 threaded rod and the building beams fit perfectly. The concrete was finished by a contractor. Floor is 30 x 50, building is 30 x 40, with an addition. Concrete is 6″” min. I was 76 years old when we built this building and my wife was 71.”
