Yall advertise for people todonate that you need donors. Walked inaround4:15after Igot off work waited about 10min toeven begreeted and told Ihave toxo.e back inthe morning their not taking any new donors. Please post this onyour wesite because that was awaste ofgas and time. Itsays noappointment necessary yall had 2people inthe waiting area

I love donating plasma. Knowing Iam getting money that doesn't gointo abudget isgreat and also the extra money being asingle mother with nochild support isfantastic! And it's helping someone. Ihave been going ayearnow. Overall staff isgreat and always make mefeel welcome.
However management could dobetter, even tho they are short staffed there isways around a3hour wait… Why don't you dopagers through your phone like DMV orcheck inwhile ontheway. There isalways things Ic
ould bedoing close bye while Iwait. For some reason apt they are terrifiedof. Ihave approximately 3hours 2days aweek from time Idrop mychild off atdaycare till, till Imake itto work atmaking itsome days. Difficult. Things need tochange.… – show00

Even though they were short staffed they made sure everyone was getting the care that they needed. They are really respectful and ifyou needed anquestion answered they would make sure you got the right answer. Ireally love how polite they were and how respectful they were. Ilove how the treated the people that help serve our country forus. They were all positive towards everything and now adays people aren't that positive. Iappreciate everything they doforus. They are verryyyyyyy slow. Ifi didnt need this extra money tokeep meup onmy bills then iwould have been left. Its been 21/2hours and istill havent even been screened. They say there low onstaff but iall isee ifpeople standing around. Only good thing isthey pay the most inthis town. obviously they can’t keep staff ifthey’re always slow. Must not bea good place towork either. Good luck tothem.

I arrived at11signed in(after another donor told meI need to) and waited 55minutes onsomeone toacknowledgeme, when they finally did Idefinitely felt abad vibe, soI left and went toCSL and was immediately welcomed and guided through the entire experience.

Well tried togive today…but was denied because they said they was without power but the entire block had power…sht even the building connected tothe plasma center had power....what itreally comes down tois complete disregard tohelp people…they just decide nowhere not open intoday and noone think twice because ofTropical Strom....i call itwhat itis…a big pile ofBS…

Most the time it's fine, but lately, they are completely understaffed. The plasma booths are way too empty tosit around and wait and wait and wait. Four people onthe floor…it's ridiculous! I'm sure loads ofpeople have stopped donating because the wait time, who has that much time tokillsmh! But ona positive note…90% ofthe staff are incredible people.

Was nice place but one test came back positive, went todoctors office got retested more in-depth test came back negative, but plasma center said there test can come back positive and may not beaccurate, somy in-depth test came back negative but now the center says Ihave towait 12months todonate again, people may die because ofthe centers inaccurate test but they don't care soI'll keep myplasma and and maybe the center can get more accurate test orshut the doors because ofinaccurate testing where people may die hope there happy
