1 review for Heavenhill, 1.0 stars: 'THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW This company is absolutely useless. For those of you unfamiliar with this distillery, one of their brands is Black Velvet whiskey. I've drank this brand for many years and I submitted online, two $5 rebates for Black Velvet whiskey on 12-2-20. It said, 6 to 8 weeks for the rebate to be processed. "We are now on week THIRTEEN!" As of this review, a complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau and also the Attorney General's office of Kentucky. I emailed this company on 2-17-21 and Beth responded, stating that with 'extradited shipping' they will be sending me $20 back. Absolutely no updates, no tracking number, no email and no phone call back since then. Maybe this company doesn't understand what expedited shipping means? On the morning of 2-23-21, I said in an email and a also a voicemail that I'd be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office. It goes to show you how much they care about their customers when they can't be bothered to get a rebate back in time, cannot be bothered to message you back, and they cannot be bothered to respond to a Better Business Bureau complaint that was filed on 2-11-21. I've still not seen one single penny of my rebate that was submitted on 12-2-20! What a way to run a company, absolutely d...
