Sara did a great job, but we laughed about how cool it was to have this as a discount.Whether my wife and I realized it, we drove up to order with a smile on our face. We made a point to ask our order takers name, chatted with them, kept smiling, left with a smile.Know what I mean??Gratitude affects us, in the best ways you can imagine. It brings out charity and selflessness, something you can’t fake and something that always does good from one human to the next.We had a bit of time to kill before our kids rec league game, and we are grateful we had the opportunity to give what seemed like a meaningless compliment, but as I think about it now, how many meetings were held about this idea?What effect is it having on the culture? ✂ I enjoy getting hands-on with my work and sometimes this involves something more physical that just sitting at my desk!Some time back I received a batch of gift boxes for a client’s special occasion. They were gifts to be handed to each team member to celebrate a milestone business birthday and to say thank you to the team for their continued efforts.However, upon arrival, I discovered that most of the boxes had suffered damage, rendering some items unusable. Not to be deterred, I set to work to salvage what I could.📦 I set up my own production line! Today, the Discover Albany Sales/Services team was called upon to assist an events specialist at the 11th hour with her convention bags. The challenge arose when the wrong size bag was delivered, leaving her team with bags too small for the task at hand. However, being the supermen and superwomen we are, we flew into action, and tackled the problem head-on.Jay Cloutier and Evan H. loaded up the car with our recycled bags and personally delivered them to the client.It is all in a day’s work and it is what we do every single day.#ProblemSolvers #Teamwork #EventPlanning

Unleashing Loyalty: A Story That Reflects Our ExpectationsOne night, as the shopkeeper was preparing to close his store, a dog walked in, carrying a bag in its mouth. Inside the bag was a list of items to buy and some money. The shopkeeper carefully packed the requested goods and placed them back in the bag. The dog then picked up the bag and trotted out the door.Curious, the shopkeeper decided to follow this peculiar customer and see where it was heading. The dog waited at the bus stop, and soon enough, a bus arrived. The dog got on and approached the conductor, revealing a collar that held some cash and an address.
