Calling all Supply Chain Management Interns! Are you a student who has completed a remote or San Antonio, Texas, area Supply Chain Management Summer Internship? If so, I'd love to hear about your experiences. Were you able to balance the internship while taking 2-3 Summer term classes? Or would you recommend focusing solely on the internship? Please share your insights and recommendations in the comments below. Thank you! #SupplyChainManagement #Internship #SummerInternship #TexasInternship #RemoteInternship #StudentInternship

"Reflecting on my second month of internship, and what a whirlwind it's been! 🌪️ From coordinating interviews with top-notch candidates to mastering the art of drafting formal letters for bank transactions, every day brought a new learning opportunity. Just last month, I was knee-deep in printing EA forms for tax declarations and juggling interview schedules like a pro.Exciting news on the horizon as we welcome four fresh faces to our internship program across various departments – store, procurement, R&D, and customer operations. Here's to them soaking up all the knowledge and experience our company has to offer! As I gear up for the next wave of interns, I've been busy preparing materials and offer letters to ensure they hit the ground running. 🚀 Here's to a month of growth, discovery, and setting the stage for future success. #InternshipJourney #LearningEveryDay #ProfessionalGrowth"

The Corporate Academy, our revamped internship program, is a few weeks away from the end of the fall program and has welcomed seven interns from across the country to our Indianapolis office. This exclusively internal program invites employees from our Retail, Distribution Center and Customer Care teams to our headquarters and join the ranks of our other development efforts, along with focusing on equipping our JD Finish Line family members with tools they can use to grow anywhere within our organization.Let's check in with Elijah Rodriguezwho's interning for our Planning & Allocation department.Eli is a Store Manager at our Palisades Center Mall store in West Nyack, NY and shares his thoughts on the Corporate Academy with us.How has the internship been so far?The internship has been going well.I have been able to participate in various tasks, and sit in on meetings within my department. This has helped me understand different aspects of the business and the retail industry. The Aspire program is another tool that has been aiding me inmy careerdevelopment. The tools that I am learning from Aspire I look forward to bringing them back to my team. What has been the biggest takeaway from the internship for you?During my internship, I have gained several key takeaways that have significantly impacted my professional growth. The first is the connections you make during your internship could be the foundations of your professional network later in your career, it also helps to put a face with the name.As an intern with no professional experience in Planning & Allocation, I have made mistakes. One major thing I learned is that when I make a mistake or am unsure about something, I need to own up to it and ask questions to improve. The most important thing that I learned during my internship is to always pay attention to detail. This is not only an important thing to do in Planning & Allocation but in everything you do. Paying attention to detail helps minimize any simple mistakes. It’s a very simple thing that doesn’t require any skills just to focus and pay attention.Looking for career development and personal growth? Apply today to unlock your potential with JD Finish Line. Do you want an internship this summer?Internship recruiting season is upon us. Do not go through a recruiter for internships, that is not your best resource. Do the research on your own and apply directly or through someone in your network who can connect you directly to the internship program managers. This is the month to get on it -- the more organized places (and, don't you want to work at an organized place!?) have things deep in motion by 3rd week of February. And other industries (like finance) are recruiting now for Summer of 2025. Posting this internship from Stryker for the following reasons:- it's located in a major marketplace: building your professional network is easier and will bear more fruit over your lifetime if you are located in a major market- Stryker is oftentimes voted a "Best Place to Work" -- they are more likely to treat you well!- Healthcare AND supply chain mgmt are both robust and growing industries; and also areas where we need new thinking.I wish you all the best in your search(es).bethhttps://lnkd.in/dPC5jkyR

Expect clear, actionable and early feedback -- we want you to get better.Check out the roles below and tag folks that'd be interested!
