@VerizonSupport I was just transferred only for the call to be disconnected! At this point I’d like to just get rid of the service.

@VerizonSupport Manager Jonathan was great. He did what techs/reps havn't been able to do for months: set up an order so I could get upgraded boxes. Reps in the support chat however are disrespectful for transferring me to different reps forcing me to start the process all over.

@JonAtTheBar They should absolutely include utilities on credit reports/scores. For Comcast and Verizon it’s a combined 600 a month we pay on time every time without fail.

@verizonfios @ladyAnibae_ DVR not working. Told it's the box. Verizon sends replacement. Send back old box, now NOTHING works!! Tech now says replacement isn't compatible but no one can tell me when new boxes will arrive. Wonder if this happens in wealthy neighborhoods??

The fact that @VerizonSupport says there’s a potential outage in my area bc of a rainstorm, my internet is down but the earliest tech I can get is 2 days so I have to use my @att hotspot on my iPhone is insane. I expect to be reimbursed for the data fees to my smartphone
