@VerizonSupport Meanwhile, I have to use my @att hotspot on my iPhone and pay for data overages so I can access internet & tv until @verizon thinks it’s worthwhile to restore my service.

The fact that @VerizonSupport says there’s a potential outage in my area bc of a rainstorm, my internet is down but the earliest tech I can get is 2 days so I have to use my @att hotspot on my iPhone is insane. I expect to be reimbursed for the data fees to my smartphone

@Th3Bill @mongo54731 Verizon betting on high-band 5G killed them. It’s also kinda crazy how Verizon and T-Mobile have flipped. My parents live in a small town in Illinois and they had no T-Mobile service at all in 2017. I was back there in May and was getting almost 800 Mbps down.

My problem with the E SIM thing is that Verizon barely wants to even pick up the phone when you call. Back in the day you could just call and instantly get someone. Today, you have to jump through hoops plus deal with long waits.

I'm starting to think @verizon should of stayed 4G. I would rather have 12mbs than this **** spotty service. They have completely ruined their network in NE Ohio. I travel all around NE Ohio and their upgraded towers are making @ATT look really good.

@VerizonSupport No. @Verion. This would be my 3rd time with one of your assistants. The last one told me I had to return to the store to tell them they hadn't returned the phone properly. You have abdicated your responsibilities for customer service and I'll not waste any more of my time.

@Jcphil79 @TMobile You may regret it. I did save 100 dollars a month by going to @Verizon but the service is super slow in the data department here in the New England. It’s really bad. Both phones can show full bars and nothing will load sometimes…

@jolifarms84 @FearTheEars Looking at the US Cellular coverage map, that area shows 5G roaming coverage. I believe US Cellular uses T-Mobile’s network to roam. I tell ya, T-Mobile has totally traded spaces with Verizon in the past few years.

@Verizon ridiculous. I’m told I can remove insurance at any time. I do and I lose my loyalty discount. Now no one can “help”. Been a subscriber for almost 20 years. Horrible customer service

@VeriizonSupport @Apple @Verizon Well those live agents were quick to tell me NO with no reasoning… I found on my own why I was told no and it made sense. Just sucks I had to do all the digging when you pay them to help? Anyways, my point was they lose a customer due to poor verizon communication.

@DIET_RIOT_07 Had that phone for almost 5 years. Held on to it after Verizon yeeted it from their service, could only use it on Wifi. Got to the point at the end of it's life that the battery started to go. And since it was built in, it couldn't be easily replaced. I miss it.
