@verizon @VerizonSupport Your #VerizonUp system sucks. I clicked claim on a super ticket item right at 0:00min and nothing. Ended up with all tickets have been claimed. I get that there are alot of others attempting, but I literally clicked claim right after it hit 0:00 and nada.

It’s usually safer to avoid any calls that match the first 6 digits to your phone number! But do call your carrier. I think Verizon offers a verification service that kinda helps screen.

In the @verizon app, subscribe to this to get a free gig of data!! Pushed it every time I logged in.. JK! You’re not allowed to have a free gig. No on problem is. Scam artists probably just want to pirate your email. Shady AF

@sprint is trash... literally just spent my hour lunch talking with people and got zero help.... really need to switch to @ATT or @verizon sooner than later. Whoever has better customer support. Can’t handle this anymore. @sprintcare

Verizon is good since it has a wide phone service. But sprint is really cheap and comes with hulu but I'm afraid it covers the basic $5 hulu coverage while I'm paying for live TV... some one help lol

@VZWSupport No. I 1st noticed it at 1X while connected to wifi. Turned wifi off to check. It moved to 3G with a weak signal. Turned wifi back on and it dropped back to 1X again with a very weak signal.

@VZWSupport Thank you for replying. I’ll be honest with you... I’ve been with Verizon since 2004 have had the worst customer service support lately. Just over it now and starting to shop around. Money use to not be a reason for me to leave because coverage and service was great but now 😒

The fact that @VerizonSupport says there’s a potential outage in my area bc of a rainstorm, my internet is down but the earliest tech I can get is 2 days so I have to use my @att hotspot on my iPhone is insane. I expect to be reimbursed for the data fees to my smartphone
