@VerizonSupport Meanwhile, I have to use my @att hotspot on my iPhone and pay for data overages so I can access internet & tv until @verizon thinks it’s worthwhile to restore my service.

The fact that @VerizonSupport says there’s a potential outage in my area bc of a rainstorm, my internet is down but the earliest tech I can get is 2 days so I have to use my @att hotspot on my iPhone is insane. I expect to be reimbursed for the data fees to my smartphone

@Th3Bill @mongo54731 Verizon betting on high-band 5G killed them. It’s also kinda crazy how Verizon and T-Mobile have flipped. My parents live in a small town in Illinois and they had no T-Mobile service at all in 2017. I was back there in May and was getting almost 800 Mbps down.

@VerizonSupport I would but your account doesn’t seem to accept DMs. This is unacceptable that Verizon knows outages are possible because of weather but doesn’t have enough staff to restore service until 48hrs+
